We are seeking a detail-oriented UX Research Operations Coordinator to support the seamless execution of user experience research projects. In this role, you will manage participant recruitment, scheduling, and logistics across multiple research studies, ensuring projects run efficiently and deliver high-quality results. Accountabilities Manage UX research operations from project initiation through execution, including participant recruitment, screening, scheduling, communications, NDAs/ICFs, attendance tracking, and incentive distribution. Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings, project kick-offs, and documentation to ensure smooth project flow. Utilize project and content management tools (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Salesforce, Slack, Gchat, Gspaces) to track progress, maintain records, and organize communication. Provide day-to-day operational support for research studies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across all phases. Maintain continuity and compliance across projects, including adherence to client-specific protocols and regulated industry requirements. Develop and maintain best practices for screening and participant management, including databases of screening questions for future use. Collaborate with research and operations teams to identify process improvements, enhance efficiency, and strengthen team practices. Share insights on tools, workflows, and processes to improve study execution and client experience. Requirements 1–2 years of experience supporting clients and stakeholders in a service-oriented, project-driven environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Client-focused, responsive, and highly service-oriented. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while managing multiple concurrent projects. Symmetrio is seeking multiple Senior Network Engineers to support a major enterprise network transformation initiative for our customer, a large government organization. This role centers on the implementation of Juniper MX960 routers and the transition from MC-LAG to EVPN/VXLAN fabrics. This role will involve leading high-impact cutovers and migrations in a production environment, contributing to both hands-on implementation and network architecture design across a multi-overlay fabric. This is a hybrid position based out of Philadelphia, salary is in the 110-150k range. This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of enterprise-scale Juniper router migrations (MX960 platform). Design and validate EVPN/VXLAN architectures with multiple overlays to ensure scalability, performance, and redundancy. Collaborate closely with the customer’s Network Engineering team to achieve seamless integration with minimal disruption during migrations. Configure, test, and deploy Junos OS across MX and EX platforms in production environments. Provide expert-level guidance on the migration from MC-LAG to EVPN, including design validation, testing, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for network designs, cutover strategies, and post-migration processes. Serve as a subject matter expert for Juniper routing, EVPN/VXLAN fabrics, and advanced routing protocols. Support after-hours cutovers and provide escalation assistance during critical events. Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise or large data center environments. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Juniper MX and EX platforms. The Dynamics 365 Developer will work within the IT team to design, develop, and implement the Company’s Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) platform. Through the use of discretion and independent judgment, the Dynamics 365 Developer will create, enhance, and support business solutions that optimize processes, improve user productivity, and ensure operational continuity.
