Temporary Sacramento (onsite) Seeking a temporary Office Assistant to perform a variety of office services responsibilities in a law firm. Responsibilities include file room maintenance, copy services, mailroom, conference room, and kitchen management in addition to acting as reception relief answering/routing calls from a multi-line telephone/computer system to answer. Managing faxes and offsite records (retrieval, return and purging). Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of office equipment and copiers is required. Candidates should possess the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
