The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Administrative Assistant with two or more years of legal experience; insurance defense preferred. Qualified candidate must have strong administrative skills and be familiar with conflicts check, filing, electronic document management and utilizing general office equipment. Requirements What You Bring: Two or more years of legal admin/office experience. Ability to draft basic documents including standardized letters helpful. Ability to follow-up on items and be detailed oriented. Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook Computer skills a must. Excellent organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently. Civil Litigation and/or Insurance Defense experience.
