Associate General Counsel
Position Summary  The Nautilus Solar Energy Associate General Counsel, Real Estate will play an essential role in supporting, managing, and advising on the legal aspects of real estate and site control matters for NSE’s solar projects throughout all stages of development, financing, and operations. This position will be a key member of the legal team.  The position reports to the Chief Legal Administrative Officer (and may report to interim managers). Supports the Company’s commercial business and legal strategy by negotiating, drafting, analyzing and interpreting a wide variety of commercial contracts, including sales, distribution, and cloud-based platform and technology agreements.
