Strong sewing skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities are essential for this role. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Formal training in sewing or tailoring: Courses from vocational schools, community colleges, or fashion institutes can be highly beneficial. • Experience: Previous experience in alterations, tailoring, or a related field is often preferred. • Knowledge of fabrics and textiles: Understanding different types of materials and how they behave is crucial. • MUST pass comprehensive background check prior to employment.
