The Handyman Can LLC is a home repair and remodeling company that has been serving Fairfax County residents for over 30 years. You can read more about us on our website at https://www.hmancan.com .   We are searching for a handyman with integrity, punctuality, and a great work ethic. The applicant should be competent in at least a few of the following areas: painting, drywall repair, carpentry, tile work, minor plumbing and/or electrical work. 2-5 years of experience and references are required.   We are looking for someone who is enjoyable to be around, not only because we work in small teams but also because you will be interacting directly with our customers.   You must have reliable transportation to get to and from job meeting points around Oakton, Herndon, and Reston, Virginia.   Work hours are generally weekdays from 7:00AM – 3:30 PM, and we strictly do residential work.   Pay is commensurate with experience, $20-30/h to start. Benefits include workman’s compensation and short-term disability insurance.  5 paid holidays and 1 week (5 paid days of vacation) annually.
