The ideal candidate is skilled in carpentry with a strong background in managing safety, quality control, and scheduling in occupied and high-performance commercial spaces. Key Responsibilities Must Have: Site Management: Oversee job site signage, cleanliness, and security. Light Carpentry Tasks: Installing temporary doors, Framing up temporary barricades and walls, Covering up openings with plywood, Temporary railings, Installing Signage Posts and Boards, Setting up Generators, Setting up Site Offices, Materials Handlings and Storage on Site, and other light carpentry tasks.
