In this role you'll work on residential/light commercial heating & cooling equipment. Interact with clients, junior technicians and dispatch/management; identifying repair and/or replacement needs; installs, repairs, maintains & upgrades HVAC systems and equipment. - Install heating/cooling air quality equipment including radiant heat systems, geothermal systems, and boiler systems - Diagnose heating/cooling/air quality issues in a residential setting - Perform HVAC maintenance to clients with attention to communication & customer service - Perform HVAC diagnostics and repair to keep clients' systems in good working order - Maintain proper stock, tools and safety equipment on a company issued vehicle - Keep clients informed of equipment status and suggested improvement options What You'll Need: - Minimum of four years HVAC maintenance & service experience - Good analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent Customer Service skills - Good communication (written & oral), organization skills and professional presentation. - Able to pass standard pre-employment screens - Standard certifications & licenses (EPA Type II or Universal; WA 06A Journeyman or 06B Residential Electrical) - Seattle Gas and Refrigeration Licenses For more info or to apply, respond to this post OR call/text Michael 336.263.2806 We are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers AA/EOE M/F/D/V
