Key Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks in various areas including restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces. Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal systems. Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report any significant repairs needed to management. Help set up and tear down for events or meetings when needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with inquiries as necessary. Heavy equipment/ Diesel mechanic Qualifications: Heavy equipment mechanic, 5 years experience preferred Field experience a plus. Duties: -Diagnose and repair all types of construction equipment including, but not limited to, loaders, backhoes, excavators, motor graders, bull dozers, skid steers, forklifts, etc… -Diagnose and repair light, medium, and heavy duty trucks. -Repair engines, transmission, differentials, pumps, cylinders, etc… -Keeping your area and jobs as clean as possible. Qualifications: -5 Years experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy duty diesel and construction equipment. -Experience preforming in frame repairs on CAT, Detroit, and Cummins engines -Experience using Cat ET and SIS programs.
