What are my responsibilities as a Wendover Maintenance Technician? Responsibilities You will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, common areas, parking lot/garage, and other community buildings You will remove trash from office areas and community perimeter daily and from trash chutes to compactor daily or more. You will prepare the make-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments, prior to make-ready. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Clean available apartments and or models. Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems, including HVAC. Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Property Manager. Meticulously maintain the curb appeal of the community. Assist office personnel with other various tasks required. Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, etc. Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shop. Brief Job Summary: The SSS will be responsible for overall planning, managing and implementing the Communities In Schools Integrated Student Support Services Program Model at a school-based site. We are looking for passionate individuals who want to work with adults and students in a school environment. Student Support Specialist Major Duties: Coordinate widely-accessible, school-wide services to help address identified needs or to build and reinforce student assets. Additionally, targeted and sustained services will be coordinated and provided at the school site for a caseload of students who are identified as having the greatest risk of eventually dropping out of school. This includes ongoing case management and direct support for students, including goal setting and individual/group sessions and some opportunities for individual, intensive support services.
