This is a hands-on technical position working for a specialty subcontractor to general contractors at commercial, industrial and government facilities. Coatings scopes of work include demolition of old flooring systems, concrete surface preparation or polishing concrete. Experience with steering and suspension systems is desirable. •Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, power tools, pneumatic wrenches, and jacks. •Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, and equipment lubrication. •Keep detailed documentation of all service and repairs performed. •Other duties as assigned.
