Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of customer projects. Requirements: Previous experience in sailboat repair and/or rigging operations. Proficiency in sailboat terminology and rigging techniques. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Smartphone with unlimited data and the ability to temporarily store photos from the job site . Being responsible for utilizing our project management app to accurately post updates, including job descriptions, photos, and time worked, ensuring clear communication and documentation while in the field. Possession of basic hand tools and battery-operated tools, as well as the ability to transport them to job sites. Some additional skills/knowledge admired but [not required] could include: welding/metal fabrication experience, woodworking/carpentry experience, rope splicing/sewing experience, DC electronics experience, knowledge of advanced next gen sailboat systems, knowledge of traditional sailboat systems, knowledge of sailboat racing regulations, painting experience (get coat matching etc),material science knowledge (aluminum, 316 stainless steel, bronze, synthetic fibers,plastics,dielectric/insulating materials, epoxy/fiberglass) Benefits: Full personal use of the shop and tools.
