German / Japanese Automotive Technician (intermediate level) (Novato)

Looking for someone with some experience on repairing and diagnosing on German (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen) and Japanese (Toyota/Lexus, Honda/Acura, Nissan/Infiniti, Subaru.) Will be working with my lead tech and myself both in our 30's, very easy going. A lot of leeway is afforded at our place as long as you do a good job. We are not competing with each other, expected to work together, there will be no favoring one tech or the other, all jobs good and crappy will be distributed evenly. Big on fairness and equality. Been doing service writing and repairs but its getting to be a bit much for me to do both. Will eventually need own tools but to start off will be able to use shop tools if you don't have any. Will have 2 bays with lifts per tech. Pay will be hourly + per billed hour depending on experience. 401k, paid vacation after 6 months of employment. Shop hours are 8-5 but technicians are 9-5 (come in earlier if you want) with a lunch break.
