West Coast Arborists, Municipal Tree Trimming Contractor and Union Company now hiring for a Foreman position in the Indio, Palm Desert, Coachella Valley and surrounding cities. Foreman provides labor and skill toward completion of tree maintenance assignments. Under general supervision, responsible for tree care crew operations. Involves recordkeeping and maintenance of WCA property. REGULAR JOB DUTIES *Review day’s activities *Prepare traffic control *Attends crew meetings on and off site *Perform skilled tree maintenance *Organize and supervise crew *Insure safe operation on job site *Report any malfunction, damage or industrial injury *Loads and unloads dump trucks with logs, brush and debris *Properly operates a wood/brush chipper *Safe utilization of chain saws and hand tools *Keeps work area clean and orderly *Drives/Services/Inspects/Fuels/Cleans equipment and vehicles *Maintains tree maintenance equipment *File daily reports and receipts *Evaluate crew performance *Attend education seminars and safety meetings *Perform other duties required. Since 2002, CSN has grown to become the leader in collision repair with over 240 collision repair locations across Canada and 400 Worldwide.  Summary The Field Operations Manager – Southwest (FOM – California) is the primary point of contact for all CSN Collision locations within the region. The position reports directly to the Director of Field Operations and will work with other team members in support of the CSN Collision network.  The FOM will work with other departments within CSN Collision and CSN to help CSN Collision stores grow, perform and improve their business operations by leveraging the CSN Collision System, which includes (i) operational support tools, (ii) local and digital marketing tools , (iii) expanding relationships/partnerships with insurers, OEMs and vendors and more.
