This position will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of 1 to 3 projects depending on schedule and size, managing several crews of workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include: -Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers on site -Ensuring safety regulations are always followed -Experience managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment -Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and project managers -Managing equipment and materials inventory -Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the excavation or construction industry to include working with utilities and sitework, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. You must have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Must be willing to travel when needed. The service technician will be working on individual projects or be working with others on larger projects.
