ShareGM Construction, Inc. is looking for journeyman level painters to join our team. We are a construction company that specializes in building custom, luxury homes on the west side of the island. Most of our work being in Hualalai and Kohanaiki resorts. This job includes latex, water, and oil based finishes. Full prep and finish of walls and wood. PAY SCALES APPRENTICE ($27/HR) Basic knowledge of finishing from raw. 3-5yrs Has understanding and practice in many but not all aspects of trade. Can handle prep projects from start to finish with little guidance Still learning how to use all equipment Has understanding of processes of prep Has at least 3 yrs of practice laying off most types of finishes (oil, latex) JOURNEYMAN ($35/HR) 5+ yrs experience Full knowledge of trade Full understanding of all equipment and proper care procedures Familiar with all products and materials Master of techniques Needs no guidance to complete a project from prep to finish Ability to teach others the trade Requirements: - Drug-Free (must pass a drug test at hire and randomly during employment) - Reliable Transportation (with Valid Driver's License, Registration, and Insurance) - Willing/Able to Work 40 Hours Per Week (7:30am to 4:00pm M-F) To apply, fill out our online application here: https://workatgm.com/apply Or, reply to this post with: - A resume or a description of your experience and list of references - Your phone number DO NOT visit/call our office about this posting.
