WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: To join our team, you’ll need to meet the following qualifications: - 3+ years of HVAC service experience (maintenance & troubleshooting) - Universal EPA Certification - Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record (must be insurable under company policy) - Ability to pass a background check - Live in Central Oregon (or be willing to relocate permanently) - Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate well with clients - Basic computer skills and comfortable using mobile devices - Able to lift 50-75 lbs - Comfortable working at heights, using extension ladders, and in tight spaces - A professional appearance (clean, well-groomed) - Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols - Must be available for some weekend/evening shifts on a rotating basis to handle emergency service requests YOUR WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (with some weekend and evening shifts on a rotating basis) WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
