Quality Control: > Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. > Troubleshoot problems that arise during the construction process. 4. Safety Management: > Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks. > Maintain a safe working environment for the crew. 5. Resource Management: > Oversee the proper use of equipment and materials, ensuring efficient usage. > Track material usage and report on project costs. 6. Communication: > Act as the main point of contact between the construction crew, clients, and other stakeholders. > Provide updates and report any issues to the project manager. Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in landscape construction. • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of landscape design, grading, irrigation systems, hardscaping (e.g., patios, walkways,walls) • Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate the team. • Problem-Solving: Ability to address unexpected challenges on-site.
