About the Role: We’re hiring an experienced, hands-on working Construction Foreman to lead one of our structural field crews across Los Angeles County. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone with a deep background in concrete, framing, foundation work, and structural repair. You’ll work directly in the field alongside your crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to Alpha’s high-quality standards.
