Promote additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Skills 3 years experience as a service technician or mechanic in a professional bike shop. We are not looking for mechanics from other trades. Current knowledge on components and compatibility. Maintain a clean workspace and respect provided tools.
