East Bay Commercial Tenant Improvement Contractor seeking DRIVER. Projects in the east bay . Duties include, but are not limited to: • Driving a company provided 16’ flatbed / dump bed truck with a lift gate. • Coordinating & Performing deliveries with multiple superintendents at multiple job sites. • Coordinating & Performing debris haul outs and material stocking with multiple superintendents at multiple job sites. In addition, the following qualities are desired: • Presentable appearance • Clean DMV • Proficient at using email and text on a smart phone or tablet to keep records of daily deliveries and job site visits. • Good English speaking . • Must possess good attitude and ability to interact professionally with all tradesmen from other companies, as well as possible interaction with high-level clients. • Ability to lift, push and or pull 50 lbs throughout the work day.
