We have an immediate opening for an experienced carpenter to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is reliable, has strong communication skills, and the ability to work as a team member, as well as work independently. Responsibilities: • Interact with team members and clients in a professional manner. • Arrive on time at each project site. • Load and unload necessary equipment and materials. • Review plans and blueprints to ensure understanding of the scope of the project. • Communicate with other construction team members to ensure accuracy of tasks. • Take measurements and calculate the sizes and amounts of materials needed for the project. • Perform all aspects of carpentry including framing, windows, doors, cladding systems, and finish carpentry. • Safely operate and maintain tools. • Maintain a clean, safe work area. • Comply with all company and governmental safety guidelines. Requirements: • Preferred 3 + years of experience in residential construction. • Prefer knowledge of reading and interpreting plans/blueprints. • Pass background check. • Possess reliable transportation. • Have your own hand-tools. • Have cell phone. • Women, minorities, and Veterans are encouraged to apply Compensation and Benefits: • Pay DOE - $25.00 - $40.00 per hour • Medical, dental, vision coverage for employee • Paid holidays • Paid vacation • Employer matched retirement plan We are offering a full-time position, 40 hours a week.
