TGA Premier Sports is excited to announce an opening for a Youth Sports Coach! We are dedicated to providing safe, engaging, and impactful sports programs for youth ages 5-14 in schools and communities. As a Youth Sports Coach, you will play a vital role in teaching foundational skills in a variety of sports, including golf, tennis, flag football, volleyball, pickleball and more, while instilling essential life lessons such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for physical activity. In this role, you will lead after-school programs and camps that cater to various skill levels, ensuring that every child feels included and encouraged. You'll have the opportunity to design fun and effective drills, games, and lessons while using positive reinforcement to motivate your young athletes. This position is part-time with flexible schedules, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children while enjoying the sport you love! Requirements Previous experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentoring capacity. Strong knowledge and skills in one or more sports offered by TGA, including golf, tennis, flag football, volleyball and/or pickleball. Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to create a positive environment for kids. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work part-time with flexible scheduling, including afternoons and some weekends.
