Connelly School of the Holy Child is excited to announce an opportunity for a creative and passionate individual to join our Development Team for a day, ash they facilitate a Visual Arts project at our Mayfield Market Event on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 8 am - 12 pm. This special event focuses on fostering creativity and holiday spirit through engaging arts and craft activities for the children who attend Mayfield Market. The Stipend for these 4 hours is $250. Responsibilities: Design and lead hands-on visual arts and craft workshop(s) for children so they can leave the event with a keepsake. Instruct participants on various techniques and mediums, including painting, drawing, and crafting seasonal decorations. Facilitate a fun and creative environment that encourages self-expression and collaboration among participants. Assist with the setup and organization of the art and craft area during the event. Work closely with the Development Team to ensure a seamless event is experience for our young guests. Provide guidance and encouragement to students, fostering a love of art and creativity. Engage with parents and community members regarding the holiday project. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Art, Art Education, or a related field preferred. Experience teaching or leading art and craft activities, especially with children. Strong knowledge of various art techniques and craft materials. Ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to collaborate with other teachers and staff members. What the Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician role looks like: Perform onsite scheduled preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and follow up repairs to Class 6-8 trucks in a mobile/field environment.  Perform Emergency Road Service Calls.  Respond to call center dispatched scheduled and unscheduled service and maintenance requests.  Diagnose and repair various types of truck equipment including, but not limited to the following: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Starters/Alternators, Air conditioning systems, Fan clutches, Engine electronics, Power steering systems, Engines (gas and diesel), Transmissions (manual and automatic), Clutches, Differentials, etc.  Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers and pressure gauges.  Use basic hand tools, precision instruments, as well as power tools, welding equipment, and jacks.  Road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.  Maintain a high level of productivity and be able to work within or close to most standard repair times.  Obtain parts from approved local and national vendors as necessary for the repairs to be performed.  Maintain company issued service truck, conduct safety checks and pre/post trip inspections.  Perform other duties as assigned. What our ideal candidate looks like: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Diesel Technician on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers.  Proficiency in DOT inspections and air brake repairs.  Excellent verbal communication skills. The Chief Engineer has experience working in a hotel setting. The Chief Engineer will supervise the maintenance team and responsible for the physical condition of the hotel to ensure highest standards of guest satisfaction within allotted budget. Responsibilities · Hands-on daily management and supervision of the Maintenance Department including scheduling, hiring, training, and coaching of staff. Overseeing engineering operations and expenditures. · Collaboration with General Manager in preparing the annual budgets. Daily inspections of units under maintenance. · Participating in walk-through with management to ensure residences, public areas, and heart of house areas are well maintained and preventative maintenance processes are in place. · Presenting recommendations for property improvements to General Manager. Providing information to General Manager to determine the need of utilizing outside contractors. · Overseeing all capital construction and major maintenance projects. Obtaining certificates and permits and setting up a renewal monitoring program. Performs work within departmental expense plans. · Maintains hotel by performing painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities. Replaces/cleans air conditioner filters. Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment. May tend furnace, air conditioner and boiler to provide heat, cool air and hot water for guests. Interprets specifications, job orders and company policies to maintenance employees. · Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules, recommends measures to improve production. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists employees in resolving work problems. · Training and monitoring safe practices of staff. Requirements A minimum of three years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferably in a hotel property. · Strong written and oral communication skills. Functional and productive skills using technology such as personal computers, smartphones, and Microsoft software. · Familiarity with hotel property management systems, purchase order and procurement systems, and the ability to learn new software and related applications including work order and productivity systems. · Supervises and motivates maintenance staff including hiring, firing, coaching, counseling, evaluating and training activities. Communicates verbally and in writing with all levels of employees. Attends periodic meetings with General Manager and/or Team Members.
