Definition and Purpose Under the supervision of the  Coordinator – Rose Float, the Intermittent Rose Float Technician will be responsible for advising and assisting volunteers with the technical aspects of Rose Float planning and implementation. General knowledge of the methods, materials and tools used in float design, construction and decoration..
