Your Day-to-Day: Guest Engagement & Performance: Utilize scripted guides and spontaneous performances to bring exhibits to life and create memorable experiences. Sales Across Key Business Areas: Utilize training and skills to support sales across MOIC’s retail shop, bar and/or cafe, as well as ticketing. Ice Cream & Treat Delivery (Cross-Trained): Support the Service Team in delivering ice cream and other treats to guests in a quick and efficient manner. Hospitality & Service: Provide real-time, positive guest support to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience throughout the experience and retail shop. Event & VIP Setup: Assist with performances and experiences for special events and VIP guests, ensuring high standards of engagement and service. Collaboration: Partner closely with both Service and Show Teams to create a memorable and cohesive guest experience. Setup, Clean-Up & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the museum to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
