We’re hiring Event Marketing Reps to join our street team! You'll be out at events, fairs, and festivals talking to homeowners, promoting our brand, and setting appointments for free in-home estimates. It’s energetic, interactive, and best of all — the harder you work, the more you earn. What You’ll Actually Be Doing: Set up a simple event booth (tent, table, signs, etc.) Engage with passersby, ask the right questions, and create excitement Collect leads and set appointments for homeowners interested in remodeling Keep the energy up and the vibe positive Represent the company professionally — but with personality Work independently or on a small, fun team What You’ll Need: Open availability on most weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) A reliable vehicle that can carry folding tables, tent, signage, etc. Willingness to drive up to 1 hour to get to event sites Ability to lift 30–40 lbs to set up and tear down the booth A reliable cell phone for staying in touch with our team Confidence to work solo, and good vibes when working with a team A thick skin — you won’t let a “no” ruin your day (you might even turn it into a “yes”) What We Offer: $17/hour starting pay Commission on every lead you generate ($15–$60 per lead) – Most reps average $26+/hour after bonuses Monthly bonuses when you hit your goals Mileage reimbursement (50¢/mile after 20 miles) Free entry to some of the coolest local events Travel opportunities Real growth potential if you want to take this further

Warfel Construction Company is currently seeking a Preconstruction Manager to support our Warfel team at Winchester, VA. New Oakland Family Centers provides comprehensive mental health care for individuals of all ages and families across the state of Michigan in outpatient, partial hospital and crisis care settings. The mission of New Oakland Family Centers is to provide psychiatric treatment, therapeutic counseling and educational services of the highest quality to individuals and families by offering consistent and passionate support, being responsive to their needs and treating them with the utmost respect through active involvement in our communities. Position Details Schedule: Part-time; Shift-based schedule as determined by Crisis Services Director. Two, 12.5-hour day shifts each week from 7am-7:30pm, as determined by Crisis Director. *Please note that initial new hire training will be conducted during daytime hours at the assigned training location, consisting of 8.5-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. Completion of this training is required before beginning non-traditional shifts. Ensure medication consents are in place and updated as needed, administer medications per physician orders, monitor usage, document effectiveness and any side effects, and provide medication education and screening for consumers as needed. Assist in the discharge planning process, including ensuring medication refills are provided. Maintain records of medication samples and OTC medications, including administration tracking; process daily medication refill requests; and monitor, replenish, and conduct monthly audits of first aid kits to ensure compliance. Document and submit all incident and restraint reports in compliance with clinic policies. Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes respect, diversity, acceptance, and compassion while maintaining professional and appropriate boundaries with clients and staff at all times. Adhere to all security and operational procedures while staying current with professional training requirements. Attend and participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Exhibit a positive attitude toward learning and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Working Conditions Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance in alignment with the Employee Handbook and be prepared for active engagement with clients.
