As a PCA, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, assisting them in daily activities while ensuring their comfort and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Help with mobility and transfers to ensure clients can move safely around their environment. Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage social interaction. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning, to maintain a safe and healthy living space. Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements Prior experience in a caregiving role preferred, but not required. Strong compassion and empathy toward clients. What you will do: Provide oversight for medical device software products through all phases of the development process, risk management, human factors and usability engineering, process development and verification/validation testing, as well as life cycle management during design changes.
