What You'll Do Spearhead AI projects across the product, including classifications, data extraction, content generation, and building AI-powered bots. Drive zero-to-one product development, from concept to production, in collaboration with go-to-market and operations teams. Stay on top of emerging AI methods and make decisions about which models and techniques to use. Establish research strategies and evaluation protocols for various AI methods. Prototype and productionize AI functionality and agents, refining them with real-world feedback. Participate in client engagements, working directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions. Develop engineering processes and tools to support faster AI product development and scaling. Work closely with the CEO and team to make business decisions that balance growth and long-term profitability. Requirements Qualifications 0-15 years of experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or ML Research Engineer at a high-quality company or early-stage startup. To provide quality case management, psychoeducation and therapeutic support to patients on our youth/adolescent and adult inpatient psychiatric units. To serve actively and constructively as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, working closely with the Nursing department and attending psychiatrists to support patients and their families to find success and stability amid their crises. To ensure the safety and well-being of each patient while meeting their biopsychosocial and aftercare needs. *Pay Range: $30/hr. to $46/hr.
