In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our sales staff while acting as a liaison between them and our vendors. Tasks include completing purchase orders, invoicing, shipment tracking, handling of returns, reconciliation, AP/AR, among other duties. Experience working at a Value Added Reseller is a plus! Requirements Provide excellent support overall to help complete any requests and resolve potential issues Support the sales team by completing the order process within our internal systems Issue purchase orders to suppliers Invoicing of customers Receive vendor invoices Provide shipment tracking information to customers and Account Managers Work with the Accounting department to support accounts payable and receivable processes Work with sales staff and vendors to facilitate return requests Produce and distribute internal and external reports as needed Perform other duties as needed Qualifications Completed High School Diploma/GED Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Possess high-level organization and time-management skills The ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to learn new software Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic Physical Demands Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day Keyboarding for 8 hours per day Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers) Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds) Job Location Hybrid - In office at the Tempe, AZ office - Tues/Thrs Benefits Insurance: Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance Leave and Holidays: Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays Retirement: 401K Plan with company match (eligible after 1 year of employment) In-house fitness center *iT1 is an equal opportunity employer. Respond to inquiries from existing and potential customers, incoming mail, e-mail and any other requests regarding customer parts or related issues. Identify opportunities to grow business with key accounts, including providing proposals to Tier 3 customers. Limited travel to customer locations for business growth and relationship opportunities.
