Spine Neurosurgeon – High-Volume, Multidisciplinary Spine Program Location: Phoenix, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time Practice Model: Hybrid – Outpatient Clinic and Inpatient Surgical Care Call Schedule: Shared equally among neurosurgical team members Travel: None Position Overview A leading physician-owned neurosurgery group in Phoenix is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon specializing in spine surgery. This position offers a balanced mix of minimally invasive procedures and complex spine reconstructions, supported by a fully integrated care model. Surgeons in this practice benefit from autonomy in clinical decision-making, on-site diagnostic resources, and a strong referral network—without the operational restrictions often found in hospital-owned settings.
