Responsibilities Load and unload goods from trucks and containers efficiently. Sort and organize products in the warehouse as per the inventory system. Ensure all items are labeled correctly and packed safely for transport. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate the loading and unloading processes. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout shifts. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory. Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Good communication skills and ability to work within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends. Benefits Starting pay is $18, after training its $0.08 per tire. The more tires you load the more money you make. You can make $500- $1000 a week depending on how many pallets you load
