We are currently looking for Note Takers and Captioners for a variety of academic disciplines. Candidates will be expected to attend in person classes at university/colleges in Columbus, Indiana and  surrounding regions. The start date of classes will be October 27th, 2025. These service providers help students overcome barriers in class to succeed!  Responsibilities: Type information on a laptop at a formal business event Note taking- recording key information from a meeting. Organized to be used as a reference aid, key points and major topics are utilized as major headings Captioning- creating a transcription using Messenger Pigeon, verbatim of what the instructor said.  Requirements We are looking for individuals who have Completed post secondary education or about to graduate Studied and excelled in a variety of subjects. E.g. Math, English, Sciences, Arts, Business, History, Humanities, Social sciences, Business, Natural Sciences, and more! Typing speed of 60+ wpm Comfortable in an academic environment Sensitivity to the needs of people with disabilities.  Use of own personal laptop Strong writing and editing skills Ability to analyze and process information quickly Able to work independently- being on time, dependable and able to meet deadlines We require a minimum commitment of one academic semester. Assignments vary depending on the student’s schedules. Assignments  typically take  place between 8am – 9pm Monday to Saturday. With offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego, our team moves hundreds of folks into permanent housing every month. We use robust landlord engagement strategies, including financial incentives, to secure community-based units for vulnerable populations. Our participants include people exiting institutions, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and people experiencing homelessness. We pair landlord engagement with tenancy-centered services using a customer-service approach to ensure shared success for our participants, property providers, case management partners, and funders. With the support of the Deputy Chief Program Officer for Program Development, this role oversees the design and implementation of mixed methods evaluation strategies and leads key engagement efforts with participants and other key stakeholders. The Director works internally to convey the impact of programs, identify areas for programmatic innovation and improvement, and amplifies evidence-based best practices. They also play a critical role in conveying the story of our programmatic impact to audiences externally. The Customer Service Rep (CSR) is the first and last point of contact with Auto Collision Group, Inc. customers. The CSR will play an integral role in delivering the highest quality of service to everyone who contacts ACG and walks through body shop. In this role, the CSR is responsible for checking in customers, their vehicles and for keeping the customer informed and updated on the process.
