Key Hourly Teammates are team leaders who run shifts, supporting operations while working with salaried managers. Key Hourlies communicate and direct employees in their daily tasks, side work, role checklists, and shift running. There are some duties that should NOT be performed in this role. They are as follows:  Cannot share any financial or employee information inside or outside of work.
