Role: AI/ML Engineer Location: Miami, FL – Onsite Position Type: Contract Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. • 9+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI product development. • Proficient in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Keras. • Strong understanding of data pipelines, model lifecycle, and MLOps practices. • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI). • Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. • Experience in feature engineering, model tuning, cross-validation, and performance optimization. Preferred Skills • Prior experience in the marketing or advertising domain, with models for customer behavior, LTV, churn prediction, or dynamic pricing. • Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) for ad copy/content optimization. • Familiarity with real-time data streaming tools (Kafka, Spark Streaming). • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Dash). Soft Skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with a keen focus on delivering business value. • Proactive problem-solving and ownership attitude.
