Coordinate onboarding with the HR department. Support retention efforts and help create a positive employee experience. Track staffing metrics and report to leadership. Requirements What We’re Looking For: 1+ years recruiting, staffing, or coordination experience (ABA, healthcare or education preferred) Strong organizational skills — ability to juggle hiring pipelines and daily staffing operations while maintaining quotas.
