This candidate should be highly organized, able to manage multiple competing priorities, be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Key Areas of Responsibility: Provides executive support for several Partners and additional select team members Manages professional calendars for the Partners and helps prioritize scheduling Coordinates business travel arrangements, including but not limited to flight, car, and hotel accommodations, and dinner reservations for complex international travel and optimizes itineraries for efficient trip management Maintaining and stocking reception area, office supplies, and food and beverage stations; ensuring reception area and office spaces are clean and tidy Manages the stakeholders expenses and administrative paperwork Maintains high level of discretion and judgment Interacting with building staff, accepting deliveries and directing third-party vendors as needed, ordering and accepting delivery of daily lunches Operates effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment Requirements 5-10 years of professional experience as executive assistant in senior leadership settings Bachelor’s degree Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail Customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver premier customer experience with comfort around senior executives High degree of energy and innate motivation and drive A “can-do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

Technical Assistant - Construction Inspection
CDR Maguire Engineering is hiring for a Technical Assistant in Allegheny County for an Interchange Reconstruction project starting in July 2025. The project work will be in the Wexford, PA area. Local candidates preferred. This is an entry level position. All training and on the job support, will be provided at no cost to the employee. The Technical Assistant (TA) is responsible for consulting with contractors, consultants, engineers, job superintendents, and others in matters related to plans, specifications, materials, equipment, and the methods, practices and safety precautions involved in construction and installation of the work. The TA prepares daily progress reports and maintains progress schedules; checks shop drawings and contractors' quotations for variations; keeps records of quantities and cost of materials used; prepares contractors' periodic progress payment claims and recommends payment.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ensure compliance with the contract documents by the contractor. Ensure compliance with the contractor’s health and safety plan. Check that delivered materials conform to the contract documents. Check contractor’s layout and verify accuracy.
