Busy business owner is seeking a local, bright, energetic personal/household assistant to keep home organized, running smoothly and plants alive and thriving. Office and home are located in the same building in the heart of beautiful downtown Cardiff-by-the-Sea. Ideal candidate would be a responsible self-starter with strong organizational skills and a talent for nurturing home, people and plants. Must have a dependable car and good driving record. Must have cooking skills. Must also have a knowledge of plants and watering/care requirements of various plant varieties. Utilities One is looking for experienced Auto Mechanics to inspect, service, and repair heavy equipment, including drilling machines, bucket trucks, and other large machinery, across Oregon and Washington markets. Responsibilities: Perform on-site vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections to ensure operational efficiency of heavy-duty drilling and utility equipment; Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues for various vehicles in our fleet; Conduct routine servicing, including oil changes, brake adjustments, tire rotations, and fluid level checks; Inspect and repair engine systems, transmissions, exhausts, and other essential vehicle components; Utilize diagnostic tools and software to accurately assess and resolve mechanical problems; Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used for each vehicle; Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all repair and maintenance tasks; Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete repairs in a timely manner. This person reports to the Customer Service Technician and performs customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Will also provide pre-post-sales support and represent the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer satisfaction with equipment and servicing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Conducts on-site installation of equipment and follows established testing procedures to ensure proper working order. -Resolves customer concerns. -May work with other departments to resolve complex problems. -Tracks support calls and on-site installations utilizing salesforce.com and QAD. -Isolates equipment start-up malfunctions and takes corrective action. -Trains customer personnel in equipment operation and maintenance responsibility. -Makes technical presentations and has expert knowledge of company products. -Assists in the evaluation and testing of new products. -If hired, may travels to customer sites local and overnight, with up to 75% travel time.
