As a Student BCBA, you’ll receive hands-on training under the supervision of experienced BCBAs. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in real-world settings, work directly with clients, and build essential clinical and analytical skills. You'll help implement evidence-based interventions, collect and interpret data, and collaborate with your supervisor to deliver meaningful, high-quality services. Key Duties and Responsibilities: General Operations Support production staff when technical issues arise, perform root-cause analysis on said issues, and implement quality solutions in a timely manner.
