Core Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to a diverse patient population. Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs. Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities. Adhere to all professional standards and hospital policies. Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 1-2 years of recent hospital experience in your specialty. Current BLS certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required depending on the specialty. Excellent clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
