Responsibilities $30 to $35 per hour with overtime opportunities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify hazards or faults Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and develop effective solutions Operate various diagnostic tools and equipment to test electrical systems and ensure their proper functioning Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing electrical work Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an apprenticeship program or relevant certification Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician Must be able to install rigid conduit up to 4 inches Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques Must be able to work from heights Ability to carry tools, equipment, materials up to 40lbs Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Benefits From internships to seasoned professionals, our growing company provides career opportunities for all levels of experience. A college fraternity has an opening for a Housekeeper / Maid. This is an hourly position Monday - Friday. Preferred hours are 7:00am - 3:00pm but can also do 8:00am - 4:00pm. The Housekeeper will have the primary responsibility for managing all aspects of the cleaning common areas of the fraternity house. Working closely with the House Director and the House Manager, the Housekeeper(s) ensure that the common areas are clean, sanitary and comfortable environment for members and guests. Duties and Responsibilities: Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors in all common areas Vacuum clean carpets and rugs Dust and polish furniture and fittings Clean metal fixtures and fittings Empty and clean trash containers Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner Clean and put away lunch and dinner dishes Clean sinks, mirrors, and showers Wipe down glass surfaces Wash windows as scheduled Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition Report any maintenance issues, safety issues or damage to the House Director Re-align furniture in common areas With House Director identify, maintain and stock supply inventory to include the appropriate amounts of toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. Employer supplies and pays for all cleaning supplies to carry out job duties.
