Relief Counselors- Per Diem Responsibilities of the Relief Counselor is to provide services to adults who have a diagnosis of mental illness and living in a group home. Specific duties of the Relief Counselor included: Provide supportive counseling. The maintenance and upkeep of public spaces in the designated buildings: Village Market, Gratitude, Aurora Cooks!, Fargo Bar & Grill, 441 offices, Woodhouse, Taylor House, VanDuyne, Wallcourt Cottage and the Schoolhouse. The candidate is required to have availability on weekends and be flexible with scheduling. Essential Functions: Clean assigned rooms in accordance with IOA cleanliness standards. This entails making beds, tidying bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, disposing of trash, arranging furniture, and fulfilling other requested responsibilities. Ensure cleanliness of public areas by maintaining tidiness, removing trash, performing floor mopping, and carpet cleaning as required.
