Mayo Studios is looking for an experienced 3D Artist to work with our New York City-based Imagemaking team on a freelance basis. Preferably work can be done on-site; but we also work with off-site personnel. Mayo is the premier creative production studio specializing in Imagemaking for home and lifestyle brands. With over 60 years of experience in photography production, Mayo serves a client base in the home and interiors industries including manufacturers, designers and retailers. Our growing 3D Visualization team seeks a multi-talented 3D Artist. You will collaborate with our studio team in order to create and refine 3D scenes featuring home and commercial interiors. Typical tasks will include: - Creating product models of furniture, props and home accessories - Modeling interior architecture - Modeling soft textiles (bedding, blankets, pillows, etc) - Creating detailed product models (typically refining existing STP files) in order to depict client products in as photo-real a style as possible - Lighting with a sensitivity to photo-realism - Creating animations to feature virtual spaces and products Experience should include: - Creating production-quality assets - Solid understanding of PBR material workflow - Understanding of high-to-low asset workflow - Understanding of good topology and edge-flow - Experience using GPU path-traced rendering engines like Cycles, Octane, Redshift - Training in interior design and/or photography a plus Software Experience in Blender is our preference. Sessions occur after school hours (3pm-8pm) and weekends, schedules are built in collaboration with families. Cases are assigned based on availability, location and experience. This position provides the opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of children and their families. We have cases all throughout New York State(Including All 5 Boroughs and Upstate New York) Requirements Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes. Maintain a safe, positive, and professional therapeutic environment. Collect accurate data during sessions and document client progress. Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure fidelity of ABA practices. Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and our coordination team to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college coursework in ABA, psychology, education, or related fields (preferred). Current RBT certification (preferred but not required; training support available). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards. Reliable transportation to clients’ homes. Availability to work primarily after-school hours (weekday afternoons/evenings- 3pm-8pm); some weekend availability preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
