We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Technician to keep our buildings safe, functional, and operating at their best. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a wide variety of repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks across multiple trades—helping us create a safe, clean, and efficient environment every day. What You’ll Do Perform general repair and troubleshooting across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Conduct routine preventative maintenance on building systems, fixtures, and equipment. Safely operate ladders, power tools, and diagnostic instruments to complete daily tasks. Interpret and work from basic blueprints and building schematics. Install, maintain, and repair locks and door hardware to ensure facility security. Carry out light electrical work (e.g., replacing outlets, switches, ballasts, and fixtures). Address plumbing issues including unclogging drains, repairing leaks, and replacing fixtures. Travel between multiple sites as needed to support facility operations.
