Job Summary: As an Autism Support Professional // Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll work one-on-one with children, using ABA techniques to help them achieve their goals. These goals may include improving communication, social skills, self-care, or managing challenging behaviors. Your job will be to implement carefully designed programs created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will guide and support you every step of the way. ABA is all about making learning fun and meaningful! Through play, activities, and positive interactions, you’ll create an engaging environment where kids feel motivated and excited to succeed. It’s an incredibly rewarding field where you’ll see firsthand how your work helps children gain confidence, independence, and a better quality of life. Responsibilities: Implement ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA to support skill development in areas such as communication, social skills, self-help, and play. Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and create a fun, engaging learning environment. Implement behavior management techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change. Collect and record accurate data on the child’s progress during each session. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide updates on progress and strategies to support the child outside of therapy sessions. Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Ensure the safety and well-being of children during therapy sessions, following all safety protocols and guidelines. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development to ensure the highest quality of care. Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality at all times. Qualifications and Skills A passion for working with children and helping them succeed. Dependability and a strong commitment to being available for all scheduled shifts, including afternoons evenings, and occasional Saturdays. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Patience, creativity, and a sense of humor to make learning enjoyable and engaging. Attention to detail for collecting and recording accurate data. Excellent communication skills to share progress and insights with the team and families. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment. Requirements Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable, but we will consider any experience working with children. We are looking for individuals who have experience working with children personally or professionally. This includes teachers and other educators, SPED professionals, babysitters, daycare/child care workers, camp counselors, coaches, and parents. Summary Work on the Cut Floor area of the pork production line performing repetitive tasks that may require the use of knives and machinery. Will need to be able and willing to work in all positions within the line that they are assigned. Will need to have the ability to lead a team. Work in consistent cold temperature conditions of 41 degrees Fahrenheit while wearing proper the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and following all safety and food safety requirements. Work in areas where pork is fabricated and must be able to handle raw meat.  Work in a fast pace area where the task may require repetition with the use of tools such as knives, saws, and whizard knives. Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality. Maintain KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and score cards to drive continuous improvement. Whether you bring leadership expertise as a Foreman or Lead, or hands-on skills as a Technician II, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality telecom infrastructure projects that connect communities. Responsibilities: Civil Roles (Foreman, Lead, Technician II) Perform and supervise concrete and foundation work for telecom construction sites. Operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery such as excavators, loaders, and skid steers. Handle site preparation, trenching, conduit installation, and related ground work (no tower climbing). Ensure construction follows engineering drawings, safety standards, and project timelines. Coordinate with tower teams and subcontractors to meet overall project goals. Travel frequently throughout Washington and Oregon to complete projects. Tower Roles (Foreman, Lead, Technician II) Climb and work at heights to install, upgrade, and maintain wireless tower equipment. Perform rigging, hoisting, antenna, line, and structural work. Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of tower components. Implement and enforce fall protection and safety protocols at all times. Lead or assist crews in completing tower projects on schedule and within safety standards. Document work completed and ensure compliance with client and industry specifications.
