Excel & Data Management: • Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking budgets, schedules, and other key metrics. • Analyze data and generate reports for executive review. • Manage updates and changes related to agents. • Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with relevant stakeholders. Requirements • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts). • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. • Experience with travel booking platforms and event planning tools. • Familiarity with Inspro or similar systems is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Experience in corporate communications or marketing. • Ability to work independently and anticipate executive needs. • Tech-savvy with knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools. The objective of the Professional Medical Collector is to assist the Reimbursement Supervisor with the billing and collection process for all MIDC branches. This is a full-time, in-person position at the office located in Burr Ridge, IL.
