Access Services is hiring an Assistant Director of Justice Related Services serving individuals across Northampton County, with an office based in Bethlehem PA! The Assistant Director will support the Director in overseeing day-to-day operations of the case management program, ensuring staff deliver high-quality, client-centered services. This individual will be a key leader, helping to shape strategy, monitor outcomes, support team development, and maintain agency and external compliance requirements. The Assistant Director will need to be detail-oriented, flexible, and organized to be successful in their role. This individual will have knowledge of severe mental illness and substance use disorders. The Assistant Director will engage well with diverse populations and collaborate with partners to connect each individual with their personalized treatment and supports. Essential Functions Assist in the daily operations and management of JRS, by assisting in the following areas: Provide feedback, supervision, and performance appraisals Case Managers, Certified Peer Specialists, and interns as necessary. Support the interviewing, hiring processes, and orientation of new JRS staff. Assist in the development of JRS case review and staff training. Ensure that an action plan for each individual served is appropriate and completed in a timely manner, and the highest quality of care is provided to individuals served. Maintain regular and predictable attendance, and work scheduled overtime, or be available for unplanned overtime as necessary, to meet program needs. This position requires the ability to travel during the course of a normal workday using their personal vehicle and/or an agency owned vehicle to successfully carry out the expectations of this position.
