About the role: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Construction General Foreman. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for an experienced operator and supervisor who thrives in dynamic environments and has a strong commitment to safety, quality, and crew development. If you have a strong understanding of heavy equipment operations and construction site logistics, and the leadership skills to drive a team toward efficient high-quality outcomes, we want to hear from you. Job Duties: Supervise and lead a crew of 2-6 workers on excavation and grading projects. Oversee daily earthwork operations including trenching, backfilling, grading, and compaction. Interpret blueprints, site plans, and elevation drawings to execute project specifications. Schedule tasks, equipment usage, and material deliveries to meet deadlines and productivity goals. Operate and supervise use of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, motor graders, scrapers, and compactors. Train crew on safe operation, maintenance procedures, and production targets. Enforce site safety protocols and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company regulations. Monitor soil conditions and compaction standards for each job site. Maintain accurate daily logs, approve timesheets, and track production. Inspect equipment regularly for safe and efficient operation; schedule and report maintenance needs. Foster a collaborative, productive team environment and communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other site personnel. Requirements Professional Skills: 2+ years in a foreman or supervisory role preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in earthwork/grading operations Proven experience in excavation, site prep, trenching, wet/dry utility installation, concrete placing, and rough/finish grading. Strong understanding of site plans, GPS grading systems, and elevation reading. Ability to manage heavy equipment operations and conduct safety inspections. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Valid driver's license required; CDL required. Must be physically able to perform duties including lifting, bending, and operating machinery. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred. We are looking for an experienced Electrician to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure for solar systems. Due to the high amount of risk pertaining to this job, electricians must be first and foremost responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions. The ideal candidate must also be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and systems MUST feel confident working on a roof. Responsibilities ● Inspect electrical systems, equipment or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustments or repair, and to assure compliance with state and local codes ● Carry out service upgrades needed for interconnection ● Meet with city and/or town Inspectors to inspect the solar installs ● Energize, test and commission the solar systems with and without the utility ● Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components using test equipment, hand tools and power tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem ● Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance ● Direct or train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring and equipment ● Provide supervision of electrical crews on code issues and proper installation procedures ● Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using hand or power tools ● Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as inverters ● Follow organizational Policies and Procedures including OSHA requirements.
