In this critical role, you will serve as the primary escalation point for IT issues that L1 support cannot resolve, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. You will leverage your strong understanding of our systems and advanced diagnostic abilities to enhance user satisfaction and maintain smooth operations. This position involves a blend of problem-solving, system maintenance, configuration, documentation, and potentially training L1 staff. This role will work out of LifeMD’s Pharmacy location in Lancaster, PA, supporting IT Operations on-site, as well as for the entire organization. Core Responsibilities: Microsoft Windows and macOS Environments: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Windows desktop and server operating systems. Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows systems and peripherals. Manage user profiles, permissions, and network troubleshoot. Offer advanced troubleshooting and technical support for macOS desktop operating systems. Linux Environment: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Linux-based systems, including servers and developer workstations. Google Workspace: Offer end-user support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications. Assist with user account administration and best practices guidance. SaaS Applications: Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for various SaaS applications used by LifeMD. Manage user access and permissions, and escalate complex issues as needed. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the inspection of the property and all common areas each morning to detect maintenance problems that require attention. Vacuum, sweep, clean toilets, take out the trash, scrub the floors, disinfect hallways, community room, and leasing office. Patrols grounds daily for the removal of litter and clean entryways and stairwells, paying special attention to pool areas, areas in front of the leasing office, models, and mail areas, and report repairs needed to the Leasing Office/work order. Handles all chemicals, including pool chemicals (if applicable), safely and responsibly. Performs trash-out duties in vacated apartments as requested. Removes all abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes. Transfers to dumpster or storage area, whichever is applicable. Sweeps and blows off all sidewalks, walkways, parking areas, garages, and dumpster areas using a leaf blower, or power-washer. Other tasks assigned by Community Manager or Regional Manager.   Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: Must possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of power tools and mechanical equipment. Ability to interact professionally with community residents, staff members, and visitors. Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, lifting, bending, and pulling throughout the workday. Ability to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property. Time management and problem-solving skills. A positive attitude. Must have a valid driver's license.
