The Assistant Director of Education provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of academic programming across multiple departments, with a focus on excellence in teaching, curriculum integrity, faculty development, and student learning outcomes. This role is instrumental in shaping the academic vision, onboarding and mentoring faculty, managing academic scheduling, and ensuring compliance with institutional and accreditor standards. The Assistant Director works closely with faculty, academic leadership, and administrative staff to maintain the highest standards of educational delivery in Stanbridge University health care and allied health programs.  Essential Functions: Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic curricula across assigned programs. Oversee faculty onboarding, training, evaluation, and ongoing development to support instructional excellence and student engagement. Collaborate with program directors, and institutional leadership to ensure alignment of academic initiatives with accreditation requirements and institutional goals. Develop and manage course schedules, ensuring appropriate faculty assignments and efficient utilization of instructional resources. Support programmatic assessment and continuous improvement efforts, including curriculum review, instructional quality, and student learning outcomes. Analyze and interpret data related to student success, retention, and progression; recommend strategic improvements accordingly. Serve as an academic leader in institutional and programmatic accreditation reviews. Foster a positive and inclusive academic environment that reflects the values and mission of the university. Provide consultation on complex student academic issues and faculty performance concerns. Participate in academic committee leadership, policy development, and special projects as assigned.  Requirements: Terminal degree (e.g., Ed.D., Ph.D., DNP, or equivalent) in Education, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field. Terminal degree required. Minimum 5 years of progressive academic leadership experience, including supervision of faculty and academic staff. Demonstrated expertise in faculty onboarding, mentorship, and professional development. Strong background in academic scheduling, curriculum development, and assessment practices. Experience working in or with health care or allied health educational programs (e.g., RN, VN, MSN, OTA, PTA, MSOT). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in higher education. Commitment to student-centered learning and evidence-based instructional strategies. $60,000-$120,000 (Compensation is based on education and experience.) Dane Street is expanding our physician panel!  Dane Street is a national Independent Review Organization and we have a very robust legal clientele.  As our business has expanded, we have need to add experts to our physician panel to support Texas Contra-Affidavit and exert witness requests.  This is an excellent opportunity for supplemental income for physicians providing a caseload customized to your schedule. Our physician panel is comprised of independent contract reviewers (1099) compensated on a per-case basis. A Texas medical license, active practice, and board certification in Orthopedic Surgery is required. This is a role based on site on an LNG project near the Sabine Pass in Port Arthur, Texas. The role is permanent which includes a competitive hourly rate and offers 12 hour days on a rotational basis. Job Description: Set up equipment and materials, including pumps, chemical solutions, and piping, in alignment with procedural and safety standards. Accurately measure, mix, and dose chemicals per project specifications to ensure process effectiveness and safety. Operate pumps, boilers, compressors, and other equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use throughout the cleaning process. Oversee chemical reactions, flow rates, and pressure levels, making real-time adjustments to maintain optimal performance. Follow PPE guidelines and safety protocols strictly to ensure personal and team safety; conduct hazard assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks; and maintain emergency readiness for spills, equipment malfunctions, and other incidents through regular drills and adherence to response protocols. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slurry Superintendent to oversee and manage slurry seal operations for our pavement preservation projects. The ideal candidate will lead a slurry crew, ensure the quality and safety of slurry applications, manage materials and equipment, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role requiring strong knowledge of slurry materials, equipment operations, crew management, and OSHA-compliant safety practices. The Slurry Superintendent will work closely with project managers and field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Slurry Seal Operations: Supervise and coordinate slurry seal operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client expectations. Crew Management: Oversee daily duties of the slurry crew, including training, mentoring, scheduling, and performance management. Ordering Materials: Manage procurement and timely delivery of materials required for project execution. The Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technician will support work through a combination of sustaining activities and engineering projects, including new product development. Under supervision, the I&E Technician performs a variety of engineering work in planning, installing, monitoring, and maintaining control systems and machinery.
