What You'll Do: Complete end-to-end UX and UI designs in collaboration with our Founder, who serves as the product lead. Work with engineering to implement designs; participate in QA to ensure that designs are working in staging and production. Brainstorm ads concepts and create them then get feedback on performance that empowers you to iterate and build even more effective ads. Design emails and help guide the company as we build our brand and visual guidelines. Collaborate with marketing on designs in Webflow and Unbounce for landing pages and website design. Requirements 1+ years of experience with product design; experience with graphic design and video production preferred. Strong work ethic and can do attitude. Expertise with Figma. We are an early-stage startup and oftentimes that comes with wearing many hats, which means working across front-end and back-end as well as potentially participating in or leading system architecture or DevOps decision-making. Requirements 3+ year experience in an engineering position at early-stage high-growth startup. It is preferred that you have 1-5 years of experience. The Inventory Control Associate will be accountable for deploying a rigorous inventory management program at Hamilton Kent, to include cycle counts, performing audits, root cause analyses and inventory adjustments while working cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, manufacturing and logistics teams.  The Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for inbound receiving of direct materials, ensuring handling units are printed and affixed as well as system receipts are completed. This person will collaborate extensively with the Distribution Center Manager and Distribution Center Coordinator to maintain inventory integrity, system alignment, and compliance.
